Great stuff Ross, I’m totally conflicted on these International games, love to see our players getting recognition, but I then love to see them picking up splinters on the bench… keeping them out of harms way,,,,

It's a tough one. Like you I want to see guys do well for when they go to international games, but at the same time it's tough when you see a situation like we've got now with Kasper.
In the end very few players reach the level our guys are at and don't want to play for their national teams so it has to be embraced and we just have to trust that players are willing to speak up for themselves if they feel they have a knock or niggle.
I know if I was good enough, I'd have wanted to play for Scotland, even if it meant suffering the pain of playing with Kenny McLean.
