We Will Write Our Own Story

Because others are writing theirs for them

Way back in February, a mad as hell and not going to take it anymore Brendan Rodgers made the following comment, “There's a story being written about this group, but we will write our own story.” This came after a 3-1 victory during that tricky period of the season when Rangers actually won the treble. You’ll remember it; the press and their fans had decided that their team, a team which was unable to defeat Celtic at any point, was, in fact, pretty terrific, and this season, oh yes, this season, it was all going to be okay.
